Wizkid, whose real name is "Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun", is a Nigerian musician, songwriter, and record producer. He was born on July 16, 1990, in Surulere, Lagos State, Nigeria.

Wizkid began his music career at a young age, and his breakthrough came in 2010 when he released his debut album "Superstar," which contained hit tracks such as "Holla at Your Boy," "Love My Baby," and "Pakurumo." The album was a massive success and earned him several awards, including the Next Rated award at the 2011 Headies Awards.

Since then, Wizkid has released several successful albums and singles, including "Ayo" (2014), "Sounds from the Other Side" (2017), and "Made in Lagos" (2020). He has collaborated with several international musicians, including Drake, Beyoncé, and Skepta.
