Runtown, whose real name is Douglas Jack Agu, is a Nigerian singer, songwriter, and producer. He was born on August 19, 1989, in Enugu, Nigeria. Runtown started his music career in 2007 and gained popularity with his hit single "Gallardo" featuring Davido in 2014.

Runtown's music style is a fusion of African and Western music genres, including hip-hop, reggae, and R&B. He has released several hit songs, including "Mad Over You," "For Life," "Energy," and "Unleash."

In 2015, Runtown released his debut album, "Ghetto University," which featured collaborations with top Nigerian and international artists such as Wizkid, Phyno, Uhuru, and DJ Khaled.
